Comments: I'm back, as promised (though it might be a Tuesday for some of you)! To start off, I apologize deeply to the remaining visitors of this site regarding Hisakata's long hiatus. I'm really glad to be back, though, and thank you to the people who kept supporting this site; I really appreciate it!
Anyway, this new layout is seventh version of Hisakata (already!) and it features time skip Simon and Nia from the series, Tengen Toppen Gurren Lagann. The image used is actually a fanart by tehRyu, used with permission, of course. Other new things on this site are also floating amongst us. There are 2 new layouts featuring Gurren Lagann (and only 2 overall, since I removed all of the 06-07 ones), and a new section for brushes! There are currently 5 sets of brushes for you to download; this was also my first time making brushes, so please tell me what you think of them. Oh, and I also added a rating system, so you can rate the layouts and brushes!
Sorry to the people expecting a radioblog, but I just couldn't figure out how to install it! Besides, it'd be such a nuisance since my site is not coded within frames. Oh, finally, affiliation is also open, so you can go apply by here!
