If you are interested in becoming affiliates with Hisakata Designs, then please read over the rules and guidelines below before sending in an application. How I consider your site is based upon whether or not you have followed the rules and the overall quality of your site.
Rules & Guidelines ★
01. Your site must be a non-profit resource site. This means that your site must not be a commercial site that makes profit out of what you provide.
All of your goodies should be free for the visitor, and you should at least offer website layouts, because that is the main focus of this site, though it is not
required.
02. Keep your site PG-13. I don't really care much about this one, but refrain from having absolute hentai and/or porn content on your site. This means
that I can tolerate boys love/girls love and some swearing here and there, but not explicit images and/or content.
03. Absolutely no illegal/stolent content. Like the previous rule, I do not want anything relating to pornography in your graphics or written content. All
illegal content will not be allowed. Also, stolen content from other sites/artists will not be tolerated.
04. English sites only please. Sorry to burst any bubbles, but the only language that I am completely fluent in is English, so your site must be in that
language or you must have a translation. In addition, you should also have little to no spelling mistakes and grammatical errors.
05. Link me back on every page as I will be doing the same for you when you are accepted. That way, we can give visitors the opportunity to expose themselves
to another site that offers similar content to our own in case they do not find something suitable for their taste on our own site.
06. Is your site original and outside of the box? Is your site's first impression going to be good enough for your visitors to keep browsing? Do you have a
distinctive style when it comes to designing your graphics? Try to refrain from using the same images, textures, brushes, etc. as everybody else. Your site's overall quality
along with your designing skills and creativity are important factors when it comes to considering your site.
07. How well do you present yourself on your site? Typing in alternate caps, using ^_^;; in between every phrase, not showing respect
towards your visitors, and having a bad attitude are things I do not look for in the webmasters I affiliate with. Most people would say that you should get to know somebody
before judging the way they are, but I don't intend on getting to know somebody who presents themselves in a way I do not see fit.
08. All fields are required when filling out the application. Provide a name that you go by, a valid email address, your website URL, and answer the questions
in the application form. Think of the application as a resume - make it as persuasive as possible, and do not go off topic. In addition, keep rules 4 and 7 in mind when you are
answering the questions.
