About The Site ★
Hisakata Designs was created on March 17, 2006 by Arreku. Hisakata started out as a graphics site offering numerous resources such as
avatars and layouts, but after a few months, I shifted my main focus towards layouts and removed all of the other graphics. Even though I had less to work on, my activity
on the site declined, and by the end of 2007, I decided to change Hisakata into a personal portfolio showcasing layouts, art, and photography. The site was still inactive, but
by March 2008, I was hit with a block of inspiration to reopen Hisakata as a graphics site again - this time only offering layouts and brushes.
